District 60 Executive Elections District 60 will be electing five trio members - one District Director, two Program Quality Directors and two Club Growth Directors - plus nine Division Directors for the 2020-2021 Toastmasters year. The expanded leadership team is needed to help Districts 60 and 86 reform from two large districts to three small, more manageable ones. District 60 Reformation Reformation is here! After several years of careful analysis and planning, Districts 60 and 86 are moving forward with a joint reformation.
