Join Toronto Engineering Club of Speakers (TECS) on Tuesday, May 8th, to watch the best presenters from the club competing to present big ideas in an accessible and entertaining 5-7 minute speech.
Innovative, world-changing ideas can only spread when presented effectively. As part of our club’s mission to promote excellence in the effective communication of technical concepts, we are organizing this contest to showcase our best in technical presentation. Our speakers will compete to present subjects from their diverse fields of expertise in ways that are exciting, engaging and easy to understand. The focus will be given on their social, economic, and environmental impacts.
Experience the great breadth and depth of expertise possessed by our club members. Topics will range from medical technology to safety systems, with more topics to be announced closer to the date. Presentations will be scored on compelling concepts, ease of understanding, and effective delivery.
