The projects you complete along the way can often be used to complete a Path assignment, and/or help you in achieving your Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award.

One role that is always in need and develops highly transferable career skills is that of the:
Club Coach
Help a club with 12 members or less to recover. Successful completion of this role also counts toward the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award. Details may be found at the Club Coach web page.
What is needed for any of these roles? Consider these attributes:
- A passion for the Toastmasters Program.
- A willingness to learn.
- A desire to grow.
No prior experience is needed! Training will be provided by Toastmasters experienced in these roles.
