“Just deal with it.” These are probably the most unproductive words ever said to anyone who feels as if they are drowning from stress and deadlines and a multitude of responsibilities. How on earth are you supposed to “deal with it”?
Without guidance, help or even a starting place, we can quickly become so mired in stress, that our bodies react with anxiety attacks, heart attacks, breakdowns or other diseases and conditions, that force us to stop before it kills us.
Wouldn’t it be better to learn the tools to help combat the overwhelm? Would it be better if we had a way to take a moment to break the cycle and release some of the stress our bodies are holding?
