Mental flexibility is the ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to new information. Through this workshop, you will go through several exercises designed to develop better listening, observation and problem solving skills. You will learn ways of approaching situations that allow you to adapt your behaviour so you can achieve the best outcomes.

Kenji Ferguson, CC, CL is project coordinator on multidisciplinary building engineering projects. He has been a Toastmaster for over 2 years and is currently the club president of TECS Toastmasters.
