Before the meeting
Have a club roster with Member IDs available. This information will help members to log in.
Schedule a Pathways Q&A session 30 minutes before a regular meeting.
Host a special meeting at a location with Wifi access, whether at another club or other venue. Allow a lead member to conduct a “live demo”. Looking for Pathways presenters? During the meeting
Integrate Pathways into your club meetings. Add Pathways to your agenda with tips and tricks to enhance club quality and support the club mission.
After the meeting
Keep track of where your members are on their Pathways journey. Base Camp Managers can track member progress with the Individual Progress report. Discuss with the club executive how to support members through their journeys. See the Path Checklists sub tab.
