The current Program Quality Director and 2020-2021 incoming District Director is Wendy Williamson. During the past Toastmasters year, the greatest lesson she learned was how adaptable and committed Toastmasters really are. She watched as fellow Toastmasters came together to turn obstacles into opportunities. As we changed from in-person club meetings to meetings online, hosting virtual speech contests and starting new clubs virtually; Toastmasters came together and gave their time, experience and support to make it happen. And through it all, Toastmasters continued to achieve their educational and leadership goals.
This commitment and adaptability will continue into the new Toastmasters year as we reimagine and reinvent our Toastmasters world while the virus continues with us. As we recognize and reward the excellence of our members. What will never change is our commitment to our members and their goals. To providing a quality Education and Leadership training program. In addition, delivering the program based on the Toastmasters core values of “Integrity, Respect, Service and Excellence”. Wendy “Is so excited to see the greatness of our members shine this year”.
Aneeta Pathak is the current Club Growth Director and has found this past year to be very rewarding. Aneeta feels any success she has had is

because she was surrounded by enthusiastic and optimistic Toastmasters who inspired her. She feels “the personal touch with the clubs and its
members has helped her know more about their needs and expectations”. Aneeta’ s focus on the District Mission; “we build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence” has led her team to build 14 new clubs this year and support clubs as they strive for excellence. She would like to thank the CGD team for all their support throughout the year.
The incoming 2020-2021 co-Program Quality Directors are Aneeta Pathak and Kris Nelson. Kris, the current Division E Director, never imagined herself as a leader – but Toastmasters changed that. Each year as she went out of her comfort zone and took on new leadership roles she found the more she learned and grew.
Now both Aneeta and Kris understand and embrace servant-leadership and welcome the opportunity to support District 60 members by continuing to bring quality education and training programs to all D60 members. Aneeta and Kris want “to provide the tools, training, and technology necessary to maintain a quality club environment where all can thrive”. They want to provide to members resources and “tool-kits” to help clubs have a great Toastmasters experience with online meetings and easy access Pathways.

The incoming 2020-2021 co-Club Growth Directors are Sudha Datta and David Veights. With a combined Toastmasters experience of 32 years,
this team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the district leadership team.
The focus of the Club Growth Director team is to build new clubs and help all clubs achieve excellence. As the team adapts to the challenges of COVID-19 the team will find creative and innovative new ways to market Toastmasters virtually to attract new club leads. Sudha believes that “keeping our membership and clubs strong is the path to success for membership and club retention”. Once the restriction to in-person meetings is relaxed, the Club Growth team will reach out to each club and extend support any way possible. David and Sudha believe that it is important to convey the message that in time of crisis, the Toastmasters program can provide the members with the necessary skills and confidence to become successful.
