Round Two COT reinforces what you learned in Round One…Club Officers benefit from group discussion around challenges and successes. All clubs should have a minimum of four Officers trained in order to earn a DCP goal-Although all clubs should aim to have 7 Officers attend training.
There is no doubt that the clubs where all seven Officers attend training experience more success individually and collectively.
