Toastmasters International hosted a Brand photo contest and requested Toastmaster clubs from around the world to submit a photo that represents the group’s energy and enthusiasm. GM Canada Toastmasters submitted their photo and won for the month of October. The photo was shared on the Toastmasters website and social media channels as well as on GM Canada’s social media channels.
The Brand Photo contest is a monthly contest organized by Toastmasters International. The criteria for the photo was “ Send us an image depicting the best club representation of the energy and enthusiasm behind your Toastmasters”. Given that this was an international contest, the club wanted something Canadian and General Motors related. They decided to wear clothing colours red & white because we’re Canadian, and we wanted to include the coolest car that GM sells, which is the group agreed was the Corvette.
The GM Canada TM Club set up a time and then shot a variety of photos. The group had a blast, and this photo was their favourite as it really captured the energy of the group.
