Workshop Description: Mentoring people provides insight to others and satisfaction to yourself. It is critical for personal growth. Yet most members have no idea how to mentor, or worse fear “telling” others what to do. The new Pathways program describes a mentoring approach you can easily adapt. Learn the basics of mentoring and gain practical experience in Level 2. This workshop will introduce the Pathways mentoring approach and show you the potential for developing this highly transferable skill. Be prepared to be mentored!
2nd Workshop: Effective Mentoring Conversations for Powerful Mentor/Mentee Relationships
