This workshop will introduce the Pathways mentoring approach and show you the potential for developing this highly transferable skill. Be prepared to be mentored!

Presenter: Michelle Warren, DTM from Speaking from Experience Advanced Toastmasters

- Communication between the two players.
Participate in this workshop to learn proven communication strategies that can:
- create a productive climate for the mentor/mentee relationship;
- mitigate challenging conversations; and,
- deal with difficult situations, when they arise.
Join Michelle to uncover techniques to handle tough conversations gracefully.
