Learn a powerful tool that will impact your future – in Toastmasters and beyond.  Simon Sinek’s book “Find Your WHY’ explains a 3 Step process for identifying your MY WHY statement. In this workshop, I will inspire you to complete your own analysis.

This  workshop is led by Roman Smolak, a 12 year member of Speaking From Experience Advanced Toastmasters, and an active trainer and workshop presenter for District 60.  He developed and practiced His WHY in his 22 year career as an IT sales executive.
