BELIEFS: In this workshop participants will have a shift in beliefs about work and their workplace, while those in management roles will have a belief shift in how they manage people. For example; from “I’ve got to be in control” to “I control nothing”… and “I’ve got to do what my boss told me to do and my colleagues ask me for” to “I choose; we’ll figure it out; and I’ll make others better by standing firm”.
MODULES: We will share 3 valuable and practical techniques they can apply immediately so they do less, accomplish more and make a difference. We will equip them with the ability to collaborate by Arguing Effectively. We will equip them with the skills to Confront Easily. And we’ll enable them to do Accountability Contracting so more is accomplished by actually doing less.
All learning, practice and modules will be in short bite-sized pieces, and we use “storytelling” as the primary mode of teaching/learning.
