On behalf of Speaking From Experience Advanced Toastmasters (SFEAT) and Raising Champions Advanced Toastmasters (RCAT), we invite you to this unique Toastmaster’s event open to all District 60, 86 and 123 members.
You can improve your own speaking style by learning to take opposite perspectives on a topic. Participating in a formal debate is an exercise that can enhance this ability. Hear members from two Advanced Toastmasters clubs take sides and argue Pro or Against a resolution. Join us to hear and evaluate their ability to support their arguments with logic and heart. Debates can help you to speak confidently, logically and persuasively about any topic.
Join us in person at the Etobicoke Civic Centre.
Doors open at 6:45 PM.
Audience members will be invited to contribute to our Round Table evaluations.
