We all would like our Clubs to provide the best possible member experience so that existing members stay and new members join. It has been shown that Clubs that actively participate in the Distinguished Club Program (DCP) and conduct a Moments of Truth (MoT) session are more likely to be healthier and more vibrant than Clubs that do not. To achieve a distinguished status takes analysis, planning and setting goals.
Toastmasters has developed the Distinguished Club Program and Club Success Plan (which includes Moments of Truth) to guide us in that analysis, planning and goal setting. Moments of Truth and the Club Success Plan may seem daunting, but knowing what to focus on can make all the difference.
