Event Description
Meetings don’t have to feel routine, rushed, or unproductive. This interactive Toastmasters workshop is designed to equip participants with practical, proven techniques to plan and run meetings that are purposeful, engaging, and results-driven.
Through hands-on learning and real-world examples, attendees will gain tools they can immediately apply in their Toastmasters clubs, professional environments, and volunteer roles to elevate participation, manage time effectively, and create meetings people actually look forward to attending.

Why is the facilitator an authority?
Yukta is a seasoned Toastmasters leader and member for more than a decade, with extensive leadership experience at the club, area, and district levels. Her roles include Club Growth Director, District Public Relations Manager, Conference PR & Sponsorship Chair, Area Director and various club officer roles. She is a highly decorated Toastmaster, having earned education and leadership titles across Legacy Program and Pathways. Professionally, Yukta is a paid Speaker, Learning and Organizational Development leader and a Certified Leadership and Life Coach. She brings a people-centric, influence-based, inclusive leadership approach to both her professional work and her Toastmasters leadership.
