Pathways Change (This is a test)

1. Members can now access and do all of the projects in all levels of their online path.

 2. Path projects can now be done in any order the member chooses.

 NOTE 1: While you can complete levels and projects in the order of your choice, level completions must be submitted in chronological order on Club Central for recognition purposes including the Distinguished Club Programme.

About Pathways

A self-paced learning program that focuses on building professional skills
Features 11 dynamic learning paths made up of over 60 projects
Projects include over 300 transferable competencies
Members can learn how to negotiate, network, lead meetings and more
Resources and projects are conveniently accessible online

There are 11 dynamic paths developed around five core competencies. Each path is unique and core competencies are listed in order of emphasis. Review the Paths and Core Competencies document to learn more.

Club Officers

As executive leaders, club officers can support fellow members in learning about and embracing Pathways. Review club best practices here:

Before the meeting

Have a club roster with Member IDs available. This information will help members to log in.

Schedule a Pathways Q&A session 30 minutes before a regular meeting.

Host a special meeting at a location with Wifi access, whether at another club or other venue. Allow a lead member to conduct a “live demo”. Looking for Pathways presenters? Guides are willing to help members to log in, choose a path, navigate Base Camp, and start their first project. Click here to contact a Guide in your Division.

During the meeting

Integrate Pathways into your club meetings. Add Pathways to your agenda with tips and tricks to enhance club quality and support the club mission.

After the meeting

Keep track of where your members are on their Pathways journey. Base Camp Managers can track member progress with the Individual Progress report. Discuss with the club executive how to support members through their journeys.

New to Toastmasters

Now that you’re a member, you will prepare and deliver speeches at club meetings based on the projects in the Toastmasters Pathways learning experience. As the foundation of your Toastmasters experience, Pathways is designed to help you build the competencies you need to communicate and lead.
