Pathways enhancements are on their way including the addition of meeting roles at every level, and educational presentations will be required for the completion of levels 3 to 5.
Towards the end of October, in order to achieve a level, members will need to complete specific meeting roles. This and educational presentations are new requirements for the following six paths currently available for purchase: Dynamic Leadership, Engaging Humor, Motivational Strategies, Persuasive Influence, Presentation Mastery and Visionary Communication.
For any of the legacy paths, meeting roles and educational presentations will not be a requirement for completion, but all members are welcome to add them. After all, taking on meetings roles and presenting educational sessions is a wonderful way to practice and enhance our communication and leadership skills while providing a vibrant meeting for our members and guests!

Check out the chart below … membership requirements are changing for the recognition levels, plus there is a New Recognition Level –> Smedley Distinguished for those clubs that achieve 10 DCP points and at least 25 members.
